A little bit about…

Jason is an innovative physical preparation coach, focused on helping people get relief from pain, prevent injury and improving performance in the things they love to do.

As a registered occupational therapist and certified exercise physiologist, Jason uses a unique approach to help clients to achieve their goals, integrating soft tissue techniques, such as Functional Range Release, with Contemporary Medical Acupuncture and individualized exercise and nutrition prescription.

Jason received his BSc in Occupational Therapy from Queen’s University and a BPhE (Physical Education) from Memorial University of Newfoundland. He is currently completing a MSc in Occupational Therapy (Post-Professional Research) with a focus on individuals living with chronic neurological conditions. He is also a Faculty member and Occupational Therapy Assistant/Physiotherapist Assistant Instructor at Nova Scotia Community College.
